Pros
Keep stocking the kitchen with Rice Krispie treats!
Cons
I had the opportunity to work on an amazing team lead by the previous CPHR Director who was great and hardworking. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was working closely with implementations or what they would call the “partnership” team. Not only did they bully others but they made others feel insignificant. I dreaded every time one of them went to my manager because I couldn’t work a Saturday or when I forgot to update something in the spreadsheet or when I couldn’t work 12 hours in the day. I guess forget all the long hours and excessive travel, right? Stressing someone out to the point of a mental breakdown will get you nowhere in life. That entire team is full of cowards who can’t give you feedback to your face. Whoever the HR person is that has been drafting these sad responses to reviews - I’m excited to see what excuse you’re planning to write for this one! Give it your best shot this time!
