We are proud of our mission to change the way we care for our parents and are glad to hear you felt supported to make a difference at Honor through the support of the Care Training you received. We want to provide a rewarding work experience for our employees where they feel valued and included. To that end, we’ve been making changes to improve internal communication and transparency. This has become especially important as we have shifted to a distributed work model. Some of the things we do to promote transparency include monthly All Hands meetings to keep the entire company connected and informed. We’ve also been training managers on designing more thoughtful meetings and communications. And we have a robust Open Door policy and welcome feedback from all of our employees, both directly and anonymously. We believe a high degree of transparency can enhance the overall company culture, so it’s something we’re committed to. We wish you all the best in your career.
