Pros

Good benefits Work from home Good software/services to work on and with.

Cons

No work life balance, 24/7 job Unlimited PTO means, when they feel you should Bad communication between departments Lots of favoritism Retention rate Upper leadership is brand new and doesn't know how to steer the ship. Lack of professional development Managers are over worked and therefore cannot support their staff properly. "People oriented" but doesn't pay living wage for those caring for the clients. Management is great to tell you when you're doing things wrong but never around to celebrate the wins and good times, etc Claim to have open-door policy: When presented with a concern to upper management, it was shrugged off. Continued to go up the chain so that I would be heard about my concerns and continued to be met with indifference.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As a current employee we encourage you to reach out to your leadership team or Human Resources Business Partner. The direct communication will allow us to address your specific concerns. Striking work/life balance is a constant challenge, for individuals and companies, alike. And the truth is, there will be occasions when we’re putting in extra hours to meet an important deadline or cover a staffing shortage. But it shouldn’t always be like that. To that end, we’ve been hiring more people and offering managerial training to help leaders lead in a way that better integrates their teams’ personal time. We have also always offered paid time off to all of our employees. We can’t expect our employees to give us their best if they don’t have the time they need to rest and recharge. So getting the work/life balance right is important to us as a company and to our fellow employees. Additionally, no matter where we are in our career, appreciation is important to all of us. At Honor, we see how much of themselves our employees put into their work. And the quality of that work humbles us. We make it a point to show our appreciation in a number of ways. Additionally, we offer competitive salaries, matching 401k and equity in the company to all of our employees. Again, as an active employee please share your concerns with leadership, up to senior leadership or your Human Resources Business Partner. We look forward to your partnership in our continued improvement.
