Work/life balance can be a challenge for individuals and companies alike, and getting it right is important to us. We've have always offered paid time off to all of our employees, and we've established core working hours to make collaboration easier and more convenient across the multiple time zones our team works in. We know that we can't expect our employees to give us their best if they don't have the time they need to rest and recharge.
