Pros

Comes with any facility and employment you will find good. Benefits and Burris company. If they only knew what was going on in one of there facilities.

Cons

Poor leadership. Major Micromanaging!! Supervisors do and will make mistakes but don’t think your perfect. Shame when people think they are better then you!! Follow up!! Be accountable for your mistakes and think about why your team makes them.

Tuition reimbursement, Co-workers are great. My manager is always helpful and there for me. The benefits are good. The hours are really good.

Cons

Some issues with security on certain floors at night with items being taken.

The only con can be road construction in the area which can be a hassle at times, but that will end eventually.
