      Pros

      A place where your superiors actually care. It was a great place for me to start right out of college. I was taught a ton and it was done with patience and understanding.

      Cons

      There was hardly any turn over rate. So there weren't a lot of opportunities for quick advancements.

      I enjoy working with good people within the graphics department.

      Cons

      We get a 20 minute lunch but can’t leave the building. They have a negative point system for everything.
