Pros

The workers there are pretty easygoing.

Cons

Weak internal controls. If there isn't some type of fraud going on, everyone would be surprised. Pretty much an open secret that the management skims. Last minute shipping PO changes before a truck arrives. Suppliers bill of ladings have things that don't really make sense. Cybersecurity seems like a joke. One of our suppliers was ransomwared and it didn't seem to be on any management's radar to worry about at all.

We get a 20 minute lunch but can’t leave the building. They have a negative point system for everything.
