Pros

Very family oriented company with great values and excellent customer service and treats the employees even better. The wages are fair for entry level employees and all employees have access to bonuses that improve moral.

Cons

The company is rapidly growing so quickly that employees must self train which adds extra stress to an already stressful profession. Work load can be demanding at times.
