Pros

You can work with very little supervision

Cons

You dont get updated on anything, they are horrible in giving home owners updates and never call them back, they dont care about the customers once they get their money and sign them on contract nothing else matters , they dont order more material knowing they are running low either way , super cheap and dont even care about their employees !! very horrible. Always canceling jobs and finals at the very last minute and dont notify customers
