Pros
Co workers are are nice.
Cons
I hated working here. This company has shown me everything that is wrong with ABA companies. Keeping sick children here simply because they don't have a fever is irresponsible. It leaves the other children( some who may have other illnesses and disorders) as well as the therapist at risk for illness. Not making sure that every clinic can provide the services offered, is harmful and neglectful. You punish us with a points system that dings if you're sick, in an accident, or dealing with an emergency. This company does not care about its employees. You worry about employee retention but fail to pay us what nearly every other therapy company does. You prefer RBTs to have a bachelor's degree but don't have a pay differential for those that do. Excepting RBTs to clean their clinic after their shift states that their time is not valued. Refusing to acknowledge a holiday that is significant to your Black employees is racist. As well as suggesting that they go out and volunteer their own time(similar to slavery) is racist and completely misses the meaning of that day. Placing clinics in strip malls is unsafe and fails to provide an appropriate learning environment for children that allows them time outdoors. These locations also leave clients exposed to dangerous situations and people that would have been minimized if placed on private property. This company has simply failed in all aspects other than collecting insurance money from clients. We don't provide any resources for families to achieve success and have basic needs met.
