Still bad management, continued revolving door - Ground Service Agent Horizon Air Employee Review

Lack of equipment. Tight deadlines with not enough employees. Constant revolving door (how can you keep motivated hard working employees when pay, and management are both bad?). Morning management continues to be below average. Get on the queen bee's bad side (I won't put her name here, but it starts with S...) and that's pretty much it for you. Favoritism. Terrible pay (way below average for the industry), stick it through 11 years and you'll be making $17/hr. Enough said.
