Management is Poor - Passenger Service Agent Horizon Air Employee Review

The mandatory hours are absolutely ridiculous. If you plan on having a life outside of work, don't apply for Horizon Air. You will not get one. The management in-station has been effy in the past. Now, it has only gotten worse. Extremely unprofessional. The gossiping between supervisors and mangers is disgusting for the work place. The unprofessional relationships between agents and supervisors.
