Abusive relationship - Anonymous employee Horizon Air Employee Review

Pay is below cost of living for the Puget Sound region. Management at all levels does not seem to like employees ('I can fire you for that', and 'your pay is above market' is a common tag line). Family is last of importance to this company. They'd rather you leave your child on the curb than leave work on time to fulfill your parental duty. Finally, management has no compass, ethically or otherwise. There is no future vision.
