      Pros

      Horizon Bank is a very fair company. In most cases you work with small groups of co-workers, (Maybe 6-12 people). Great benefits! Earned sick days. Start with 2 weeks vacation. Pretty much a fixed schedule. No late nights. Off every Sunday! Opportunities to earn bonuses, and extra things like free lunches. Great place to meet people. I feel proud to work here!!

      Cons

      Starting wages are not that great compared to the responsibility as a teller. They are compatible to other banks though.
