You will work more then most managers. They make you feel like you they care but get snarky comments drawn towards you. No movement for growth, would rather outside then allow someone to move up in a position. Management will rate you lower in the review to have you not receive bonuses. Good luck trying to transfer to a different location, they will find any excuse to not allow you to transfer
