If you apply for a frontline position and interview, ask why there is so much turnover? Almost an entire Electronic Services department quit within one week, women who train newly hired men make less than those men, people are fired for false gossip, people are "let go" during a pandemic for preexisting conditions, and upper management has no regard for frontline workers. There is a "program" for career development, but this program is completely underdeveloped and amateurish. Any timeline management gives for advancement is completely ineffective. Very unprofessional environment! Be leery of new positive reviews, management has "suggested" employees write good reviews because there have been so many negative reviews recently.
