Great Product, Team, & Future - Senior Customer Success Manager Horizon3.ai Employee Review

I've had a very positive experience during my first couple of months with Horizon3 ai. The onboarding process has been thorough, thoughtful, and well organized, with opportunities to learn about the company, the product, and how different teams work together. One of the things that stood out to me was hearing directly from leaders across the organization, including executive leadership, which helped me understand the company's vision and culture. Everyone I've worked with has been welcoming, supportive, and willing to answer questions. There's a genuine emphasis on learning, collaboration, and setting new employees up for success.

Not a con, but there is a lot of information to absorb during the onboarding because the company is growing quickly, but there are plenty of resources and people available to help along the way.

This has been an amazing first few months , what is most evident is that the company is laser focused on taking advantage of the opportunity that we have. Leadership has a clear vision of what type of company we are building. The team is incredibly driven, and we continue to add A players to the org.

We are growing at a pace that is rare to see these days. So if you are not comfortable with change at an org that is high drive this might be a painful place to be. The tools are in place, the processes are being improved every day and the team is leaned in.
