Pros

The unit employees are fantastic and supportive. Wonderful HR staff and director

Cons

The CEO is awful. She micromanages and is extremely controlling. She is by far the worst person in upper management that I have ever worked with.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Your review has been shared with our leadership team. In recognition of the challenges that come with transitions in clinical programming in order to provide highest quality care for our patients, we wish to extend an opportunity to further this conversation and would encourage you to consider the following: please work with your team and utilize supervision for support, attend our monthly Town Hall with your colleagues and utilize your opportunity to speak directly with your CEO (there are Town Halls available for all 3 shifts), and volunteer for our IMPACTS Committee which was created as an employee-only, volunteer team to provide a voice to our staff. We encourage you to work alongside your team of colleagues and continue your professional growth to the benefit of our patients and their families. Sincerely, The HBM Team

Pros

There are no words to describe the experience!

Cons

Lacking care and compassion for vulnerable populations No leadership or supervision throughout the facility Antiquated systems and all compliance is done on paper so that the answers can be provided to new hires assuring 100% accuracy in completion. No communication from leadership to employees that are not invited to morning FLASH In one department, there have been 13 directors in two years due to broken processes that leadership is privy to; however, refuse to change. Lack of innovation, skills, and training and no concern for the competition Poor marketing strategies and ineffective business development process. When attempting to provide direction based on knowledge and experience building a similar program the leadership balked at making changes and stated, "I do not plan on changing anything it is working at the other facilities around the country."
