Lacking care and compassion for vulnerable populations
No leadership or supervision throughout the facility
Antiquated systems and all compliance is done on paper so that the answers can be provided to new hires assuring 100% accuracy in completion.
No communication from leadership to employees that are not invited to morning FLASH
In one department, there have been 13 directors in two years due to broken processes that leadership is privy to; however, refuse to change.
Lack of innovation, skills, and training and no concern for the competition
Poor marketing strategies and ineffective business development process.
When attempting to provide direction based on knowledge and experience building a similar program the leadership balked at making changes and stated, "I do not plan on changing anything it is working at the other facilities around the country."
