HVMG goes for EXCELLENCE! - Director Hospitality Ventures Management Group Employee Review

Really friendly people at this this growing company. I feel there is opportunity to learn and grow with the company. My colleagues at other properties seem very happy. I worked for a small hotel management company years ago that didn't survive. I believe their partnership with Oasis is one reason HVMG have been successful. I also think their partnership with Hospitalityjobsonline.com is good and hope they do use Glassdoor.com too. This company really makes an effort to identify the right person for the job. So far I've been offered a lot of training and believe if I need something, just ask. I'm impressed some of the nice things I've already seen the company do for their associates (e.g. monthly lunch and recognition, Best of the Best dinner, birthday cards, Summer Associates Party, discounted employee meals at our property, etc.). I have a friendly, experienced GM with a great personality who is very supportive of his team. We're very driven to get even more positive guest scores.
