There is very little training for the systems that they have. There is almost no communication on a property level. There is very little support from corporate as they are lean. No facilities support, no IT support, the two core support functions that a management company should provide. They will send task force people from other properties. I think that this backfires as the task team just gossips about what a joke the support is and talk about how the brass treats everyone. The medical benefits really are abysmal, worst ever seen. They have a blind spot for their GM's. They let them run havok with little to no oversight. Making the budgeted numbers is only goal. Their pay is substandard from AGM down to line level. They are turn around experts. They aren't in it for the long haul.
