Favoritism-towards to specific leadership members Culture- They do not live what they preach or hold associates accountable to minimize turnover to an already short staffed hotel. Unrealistic Expectations- Budgets created with minimal input of the team that was on-site. Many one time events that would impact specific months that were expected to be "replaced" (ie. World Series, Super Bowl, Hurricane, Etc) Turnover- Went through 5 GMs and multiple leadership members among my short time there. Inability to Hire Key Positions- To make flow/budget, as a leader I was unable to hire a manager for months and when we found a qualified candidate it took over 2months to get the go head from Corporate. Handling of Covid- Laid off without the ability to inform clients or own team members. Didn't receive word that I would not be returning until seeing the job posted online.
