The absolute worst - Anonymous employee Hospitality Ventures Management Group Employee Review

Management was awful. AGM’s going on vacation with subordinates. Managers that verbally harass other managers and subordinates to the point they quit. Issues reported and was told “they’ll be handled by the regional representative tomorrow when he’s at the property” guess who never showed up?! 0 training for new staff. I was literally left alone my first day at the desk because the AGM, who was “training me” had a headache and decided to go home. Thankfully I’d worked with the system before and guests were understanding. No accountability for being late, disrespectful to guests, ect.
