Pros

Tourism industry is strong. Job security. Leave work at work when you get off.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid minimum wage, eat lunch while waiting on customers, no benefits, stressful, often earned company average of 11 K a day selling tickets, no commission at dock. Family owned and run. Heard they ran hurricane "Katrina" storms. I was gone by that time. That says it all really.

Team atmosphere, good amount of variety of work. Enough money available to make a decent living and not have to have a second job.

Cons

Schedule is definitely not 9-5, however, you know ahead of time what the work schedule will be.
