Do not have enough room to write all the cons. Here goes, they claim to have such phenomenal "culture" and "faith" based, which is such a joke! Unless you are at the very top of the corporate ladder, which are all men by the way, you don't stand a chance! They could care less about anyone else. Culture is to start from "do unto others" and they treat their employees like crap. No pats on the back, no great jobs, nothing. Most of them don't know the names of the people who work for them. I have worked for them for over three years and I do not exist in their world. My numbers are excellent and I work hard, but I am invisible and everyone I talk to feels the same, That is why they have such a large turnover, culture and pay is what drives good people out. No counter-offer for most anyone and benefits are laughable. Their corporate operations team are a joke, some of my counterparts have never had a visit in over a year from their superiors. Corporate sales team is much more engaged and assists more than operations, but they are spread thin and do what they can and are at least there when needed. The communication is non-existent. Amazed that they have lasted as long as they have. From the people that have worked there a long time, the culture changed drastically in the last few years and was once a great company. Very much a shame because there are some good employees, but no one gives a damn. Work/life balance is an absolute joke.
