-They have a great bonus program...IF you can get past owners.

Cons

-Hires "Quick-Fix" managers. -Doesn't pay bills on time. -Doesn't hold hotel owners accountable. -Upper management seems more concerned with gossip and politics than the properties they are supposed to serve. -Seems like a last resort hotel-approved management company. -Harps on about their "culture", but their upper management's action SORELY contradicts that culture.

Pros

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
