You get out of any job the results of what you put into it. I believe in the mission, vision and values. The company is made up of imperfect people, but we strive to do our best daily.

Cons

Some people see the glass as half full, but I choose to be happy and try to make a difference where I work.

Pros

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
