Pros

They will hire anyone. They are a fast growing company because they underbid all the other management companies to win contracts.

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my life. They violate the law. The culture is to complain until you get your way. They profess to be "Christians", but they will lie to your face. They also do not comply with the law regarding HR issues and will lie to others about you. They play games with your benefits. They promise you one thing and do another. Integrity is not a word they understand at all. They do not pay you for vacation time when you leave. They will not give you access to your payroll records.

Pros

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
