I've worked for Hotel Equities for a long time and I've found it to be one of the best employers in my career. The company offers associates the opportunity to make a distinct difference in people's lives and this matched with my life's philosophy. We're a great team doing great things. Like any company, Hotel Equities isn't perfect, but it's FAR BETTER than most other companies around.

Pros

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
