Pros

Great culture, good company to learn about the industry without all the unnecessary pressures that you experience with typical hotel management companies.

Cons

Growth potential minimal; a bit "clickish". Needs to expand training development program. Salaries competitive, I guess considering the companies size. Overall still has some growing up to do.

Pros

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
