Very fun job. There is lots of of opportunites to learn something new every day, and managers take time to show you things unlike other places.

Cons

Wish we were busier for more hours but I understand with Covid and the time of year.

Pros

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
