The people I worked with

They don’t hire enough employees and except the ones that stick around to do triple the work for minimum pay. They send people they pay to much to come to the hotel comp their room and food and they do absolutely nothing, but give us speeches about how lucky we are to work for such an amazing company lol They don’t care about safety of their employees and if they get sick that’s to bad come to work anyways. Who cares about Covid?!?!?

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
