Very friendly group of people to work with. The company revolves around hospitality, and it shows in the company culture. My boss creates a work environment for me that encourages learning and growth. I am happy to work for such a great company!

Cons

My commute is longer than I would like, but that has nothing to do with the work environment!

Pros

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
