Use to be a great company that cared about people and their families with their culture and their I CARE program

Cons

Now it's the I don't care company, the new leaders which came from a company that no longer exists, right there is a reason for that are in charge here now. They report the managers to death with a new report each day and week. Takes hours even days to complete.

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
