Pros

The "culture" was a big selling point. The idea that everyone matters to God as one of the values. The positive aspect that employees are considered to be people not machines. A prayer line and a corporate Chaplain are very nice.

Cons

Felt like a bait and switch on all of the pros.(except the prayer line and the corporate Chaplain) And although all people matter to God, they may not matter to Hotel Equities like they once did. The culture maybe once was something great that everyone raved about, but now it is almost non existent. Mr. Cerrone is loved by everyone, but his company no longer seems to live the same culture it once had. Maybe one day that culture will come back.

Pros

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
