none this is a company that will ruin your life and not care.

Cons

Hotel Equities took over the property i work at and just got back from emergency leave to be told the next day that the new company decided not to move forward with me. I've been at this property for almost 4 years even was here during construction and to not even be given a chance to stay or at least enough notice to find a new job is just beyond me.

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
