Pros

They took over operations after a buy out for our company and I have yet to see any pros compared to the benefits we received prior

Cons

Same job less benefits same pay. So basically we are doing the same job for less money. Their religious beliefs make A LOT of the employees uncomfortable. They are such a “religious” company they don’t even contribute to employee health care, they greatly reduced vacation actual hours for full time employees and took all part timers vacation hours away! I’m sure that is the Christian thing to do!

Pros

A really positive and supportive place to work. The people make a big difference. There’s a strong team culture and a lot of support across departments. You can tell the company cares about developing talent, and there are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which isn’t always the case at larger companies. It also feels like the company is heading in a good direction and continuing to evolve.

Cons

We're growing, so sometimes things can feel a little like processes are still catching up. You might have to wear multiple hats depending on your role, which can be a pro or con depending on your perspective.
