Sucked not good at all

I dont work there any more

- Very High turnover rate even for a transient area - Training is non existent and any mistakes are treated as personal failures. -Watched multiple employees cry. -Watched multiple tenured employees get passed over for promotions for nonsense reasons and then those poor people just quit adding to their already high turnover rate. - Feels like everyone is out for their own instead of acting as a team. - Awful toxic environment with nonsense employee responsibility structure that sets up the team for failure. - All a reflection of the childish owner that treats the hotel as his personal playground thats just a bragging piece to show off to his friends.
