Pros

Easy job. I worked at the Asheville, NC retail location.

Cons

I spoke to the actual owner of this company after being exposed to Covid, and he stated that Covid was, "not any different than the common cold." Then he basically blew me off. Upon expressing my concerns about selling religious paraphernalia, the owner told me that, "I was welcome to buy his company and make any changes I deemed necessary." Then he hung up on me. AVOID this company at all costs.

No health insurance until at least 3 months, employee paid No PTO or sick leave until a full year of employment Disorganized Sporadic assignments Lack of communication Low salary (33K) to do 4 jobs (originally 3, but they let someone else go and gave me their job for no extra pay) Lack of a decent raise prospect
