      Pros

      A lot of really nice people work there and it can be a lot of fun, if a little stressful at times.

      Cons

      Very limited vacation policy and no real room for growth. I was hired to be a developer for a redesign of their website, but I spend most of the time in a warehouse boxing up shoes to ship.

      Time and a half OT

      Cons

      No health insurance until at least 3 months, employee paid No PTO or sick leave until a full year of employment Disorganized Sporadic assignments Lack of communication Low salary (33K) to do 4 jobs (originally 3, but they let someone else go and gave me their job for no extra pay) Lack of a decent raise prospect
