Pros
Decent work load. Great co-workers. No school for students, no work for employees, except during the summer. Even then, worked 4 days a week and off on Fridays.
Cons
Pre-approval for days off. Only could have 3 unplanned absences in a 12 month period, then was reprehended if exceeded. No opportunity for growth, rarely any promotions and transfers, if any, were lateral.
