Workload is not terrible. People tend to be friendly. Easy to do very little during the day and get away with it.

Cons

Unproductive workforce. People are recognized for their connections and not for their merit. Low performers are treated the same as high performers.

holidays and summers off pays well hours are good

Cons

if you are not certified by a certain time you have to switch jobs

Pros

Pays more than most districts. There is possibility of growth or movement every year.

Cons

Too many changes at times. When you have a good administration, they are shipped to other schools to help, but your school has to rest and start over with a leadership.
