Pros
The students in HISD are awesome, they are smart and have a lot of pride. They can be rough around the edges but a loving teacher can get great results.
Cons
Although the children are great, the adults make working in Houston ISD very difficult. Initiatives change every month as new methods are implemented. The needs of students are never considered in decision making or planning.
