You can help enrich the lives of students. You can meet some very compassionate teachers and administrators who really care about learning.
Cons
Very toxic work environment. The higher ups are more concerned about their own professional development often at the expense of other employees. No performance evaluations and very little feedback if any until you are being shown the door. Stay far away.
