Pros
The only pro was that there were some great students (who happened to have great parents) and some great employees. All the employees have now left HISD.
Cons
Teachers are treating like light bulbs. Burn them out and screw in a new one. Insurance is pretty much non-existent as you have a near $3000.00 deductible. This is a good example of how not to run a school district. The professors at The University of Houston are telling their students NOT to go to work at HISD.
