Pros
The district is set up like a beurocracy. It treats its teachers horribly. No paid leave. Expensive health insurance. Increasing job demands and documentation requirements. Teachers have to document document document, plan plan plan, data dig data dig data dig with no prep time bc our planning period is taken up by meetings. There are schools that limit copies and have no supplies!!!! SpED department is a total mess and is ruining the education of so many children. After 4 years I decided things are not changing for the better and left.
