Disregard your physical and mental health because they own you once you start contract with them, especially if you are an administrator. This year NES school system is a hot mess and you will receive overnight and weekend emails nonstop and expected to override everything you just did for the sake of pleasing someone from the top. You will worry all the time just because they can throw you 25 different tasks and projects at you with deadlines all the time. Before you could get on with the tasks, they would continue to harass you with more and more tasks. Superintendent run it like it's his kingdom and what he says, goes. Many administrators either quit halfway or got "reassigned" without agreeing to do so. Power Trip is huge from the top down.
