      Cons

      They let managers decide their own PTO rules so if they don’t want you using PTO so they don’t have to staff behind you, you won’t ever get to take off, and it doesn’t matter what the company policy says. Enjoy being burned out!

      Great benefits, location, free parking & shuttle service. The salary is about what other organizations pay.

      Cons

      Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
