Pros

The facilities are beautiful. They also have an on-site gym for employees that includes exercise classes. They have showers at the gym. The food options on campus are great. The pay is above average. Epic is easy to navigate.

Cons

I don’t think the company wants to admit it, but there is a lot of prejudice and racism there. If you are a minority, they will watch you closely. They are quick to criticize you if you are a minority an attempt to sabotage your professional reputation. There is a lot of workplace harassment that goes on at that hospital specifically. They have a tendency to cover up their mistakes. If you’re not tall, white and blonde, I wouldn’t work at this location. In addition, you will notice a great dropping care if the patients appear to be low income and minority status. It’s pretty disheartening to watch….
