Pros

You have a job, that's all. Benefits.

Cons

This position is a trap for hard workers to be taken advantage of, there is zero communication between management and staff. You are always interrupted with work that has either been looked over, not your department or added last minute. There in no guarantee you will get a break because no one cares about you only the work being done. People are messy and complain to get their way, there is a very High School like atmosphere and lots of favoritism toward certain employees. You will get blamed to cover someone else in a higher position. Lazy employees ride the harder working employees they actually work, when they don't so on top of all you already have to do now you have to finish their job to not be behind the next day. Upper management talk a lot of values but don't follow any themselves. Currently looking for another position asap.

Pros

Great organization to grow professionally in healthcare operations. Strong focus on patient care, quality, innovation, and leadership development. I’ve gained valuable experience in physician support, operations, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with talented teams and leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations and increasing responsibilities. At times, leadership roles can feel under-titled compared to the level of operational work being performed. Work-life balance can also be challenging during staffing shortages, major initiatives, or clinic transitions.
